Adapting to the current realities, face-to-face community education continues to be postponed, however Hope For The Day & Sip of Hope Coffee Bar will continue to provide proactive suicide prevention and mental health education to communities, virtually, in these challenging times. We will continue offering general community education with HFTD's Things We Don't Say one-hour workshops, via Zoom.

PROJECT R.E.D. TEAM is Hope For The Day’s mental health education and outreach programming variant designed by members of the military, first responders, and their families, Reminding Everyone Deployed...IT’S OK NOT TO BE OK.

Learn how to start the conversation about being proactive with mental health for yourselves and the people you care about; for your friends, family, and co-workers. If we make it OK to talk about mental health, we can save lives.

Please note: We will be opening the Zoom Room 15 minutes early for intros & an overview of the workshop. We will start education promptly at the posted time.

Please pass along this invite to the people you care about so they can some join you.

It's more important than ever that we remind ourselves and others IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK. HAVE HOPE.
