Where do the proceeds from each shirt go?

100% of all profits go directly to support Hope For The Day's suicide prevention and awareness projects. Your support does wonders and we appreciate it.

Where is my package shipping from? 

Each order ships from Chicago, IL aka the Windy City! 

How is my package being shipped? 

We ship every package through USPS, both domestic and internationally.

I ordered a shirt a few days ago, why hasn't it shipped/arrived yet? 

It takes around 3-5 business days for us to pack and ship your order, which should usually arrive within 3-5 days of shipment.* You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is packed and ready to be shipped.

*Please note: We are experiencing delays with the processing of packages at our local USPS branches. After a label is created, we must allow 14 days for the package to be processed and reach its destination before we can authorize the items to be re-sent. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered via United States Postal Service, Hope For The Day is not liable for any lost shipment.

RETURNS

Once an order has been placed, we will provide the customer with a tracking number. Once a package has been confirmed as received via the United States Postal Service, Hope For The Day is not liable for any lost shipments.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date it was delivered. If 30 days have gone by, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or had another issue requiring an exchange, please fill out this form with your order number we can assist you with your inquiry.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
