Yoga for Hope recap
We are so proud of everyone who participated in our #YogaForHope challenge, in honor of Mental Heath Awareness Month. From professional yoga instructors to total beginners, we hope that everybody who took part in this challenge gained something from it, even if it's just the knowledge that you are capable of anything that you believe is possible. No matter how busy you may be, self-care is always worthwhile, so it was great to see everyone making time to relax through yoga. Even if this challenge didn't turn you into a yoga expert, we hope you will continue to take a couple minutes each day for what gives you hope.
